I just moved to Joao Pessoa on Sept, 30th 09. So far so good. Still adjusting though. I miss a few things but it is worth it. Have not met any other Americans here yet…..would be nice.
Thinking of bringing my family, including two small children, to one of the beaches just south of Joao Pessoa during May and part of June. I’m worried about it being the rainy season, however. Can either of you give me any advice on this? Are these all day rains or shorter, heavier storms that dump a lot of rain in shorter periods of time each day (like in Florida)?
